He holds an MBA in strategic Management from Daystar and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from United States University Africa (USIU). Adam joined ED Partners Africa Limited as the Chief Executive Officer in January 2024. He has a wealth of expertise in driving customer experiences, streamlining business operations and driving revenue growth and impact within the financial services sector. His diverse background encompasses banking operations, payment systems, lending and credit finance management, IT project management and IT security, providing a comprehensive skill set for his role as CEO. Prior to joining ED Partners, Adam worked with Letshego Kenya Limited where he served as the Chief Executive Officer from May, 2017. His career also includes pivotal positions including Head of Retail Banking at Bank of Africa and leadership roles at Consolidated Bank and Sidian Bank.
Diana Wandurwa is a strategic finance leader with a strong track record in driving financial strategy, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Strathmore Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Nairobi. Diana is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) K and an ACA (England and Wales) Finalist, further enhancing her expertise in accounting and finance. Diana joined Ed Partners Africa as the Chief Finance Officer in October 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in optimizing financial performance and leading finance teams. Her expertise spans balance sheet management, treasury and capital management, investor relations, and financial reporting. Diana’s experience includes senior leadership roles at Izwe Kenya, where she served as Chief Finance Officer, and MBCC Group, where she successfully led financial initiatives resulting in cost savings and revenue growth. Prior to this, she worked with PwC Kenya in accounting advisory services, where she implemented financial reporting standards (IFRS) and advised on complex financial matters. Diana began her career in audit, holding roles at Crowe Horwath International, giving her a strong foundation in financial governance and compliance.

Sylvester joined ED Partners Africa Limited as the Chief Business Officer in November 2023. He is an accomplished C-Suite professional, with over 18 years’ experience financial services sector leadership and management with skewed fervor to business development & Operations, distribution & channels and people management. Prior to joining ED Partners, Sylvester was the Head of Sales & Distribution at Letshego Kenya Limited, Spearheading development of the Letshego Kenya Limited’s financial solutions and distribution channels for consumers, providing strategic management of the franchise and was responsible for promoting and driving innovation. A Financial Inclusion champion, Sylvester offered leadership to the multi-functional teams across the country inculcating an agile culture of delivery.
Valentine Gichuki is an accomplished business leader with over nine years of experience in banking, digital financial services, and civil society. She has expertise in credit policy development, risk management and underwriting, loan product design and development, new markets expansion and growth, and organizational design and building. Valentine’s background includes roles such as Head of Credit at Maisha Microfinance Bank, Head of Credit Operations at Shara Technologies Limited, Operations and Partnerships Manager at 4G Capital, and Communications Manager at GROOTS Kenya. With a commitment to empowering businesses and fostering financial inclusion, she has effectively managed large-scale projects, including the implementation of a $10M Covid-relief loan program for MSMEs in Kenya. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
Kevin is responsible for people strategy, recruitment, placement, and overseeing all aspects of the company's performance management. He has over 10 years of experience in the banking, insurance, training, and management industries. He joined Ed Partners Africa from ABMC International where he was the HR Business Partner. Prior to that, he had worked at AAR Insurance and at Housing Finance Group within the HR Departments holding various leadership roles. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree - Sociology (Major) from Kenyatta University and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management. He is currently pursuing Master of Science in Human Resource Management.
Mercyline is responsible for the internal audit function that evaluates the effectiveness of the controls, risk management and governance processes of the company. She holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree and, is a certified public accountant (CPAK). She is currently pursuing Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification and is a member of the institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)
